VICTORIA TEACHERS MUTUAL BANK -2015 BOARD ELECTION

Greetings,

As you may be aware, I am currently a Director on the Board of the Victoria Teachers Mutual Bank (VTMB), a role in which I have been serving members for the past three years.

VTMB is holding its Board election in the next few weeks and I am hoping I can call on you to vote for me in seeking re-election as a Director.

Currently, I am the Deputy Chair of the Board, Chair of the Risk Committee and a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Governance Board committees.

I have more than 40 years experience in the financial services sector – mostly with large Australian and international Banks. My specific skills in risk management, retail banking and governance provides the Board with vital experience in these changing times.

If you are a VTMB member and eligible to vote, you will be sent information about the election with your account statement in the first week of October. Voting opens on October 19 and closes at 5pm on November 12.

It would give me great satisfaction to continue to contribute to the Board and be elected as your representative; and to advance the good work VTMB does to protect and grow your investment.

Your support will enable my continued contribution to the advancement of VTMB, with my specific skills rounding out and complimenting the skill set of my fellow directors on the Board.
