Graeme Willis is a highly experienced businessman, board director and contributor to community and not-for-profit organisations. A former banking executive with more than 40 years experience, he brings strong expertise in the areas of risk management, retail banking and corporate governance. A skilled negotiator, he has deep corporate knowledge and influential business networks.

Graeme has spent more than 20 years serving on the boards of major corporate and not-for-profit organisations. He is on the board of the RACV, where he is Chair of the Governance Committee, and the Victorian Teachers Mutual Bank, where he is the Deputy Chairman.

Married, with two adult children, Graeme is a keen golfer, bush-walker and bird-watcher. Born and raised in country Victoria, Graeme has lived and worked the majority of his career in Melbourne. Graeme brings leadership, proven business instincts and strong sense of moral responsibility.

He is keen to share his unique perspective with large organisations needing governance or risk-management assessments.
